Looking for a unique team-building opportunity? Volunteer Days at Ghyll Head offer corporate groups the chance to make a real difference. Meeting room hire

Our meeting spaces provide the perfect environment for productive discussions, strategy sessions and team retreats. Choose from three unique settings, each with great facilities and optional catering services.

Each room includes:

Comfortable seating informally, around a coffee table, or board room style
Wifi and digital screen
Toilet facilities
BBQ area, lawns and picnic table outside
Private car park
Kitchen, dining room and showers may also be available on request

Catering options for an additional fee (We can cater for all diets when booked in advance):

Morning luxury biscuits
Cold buffet plus home-made cake
Soup and sandwich
Hot lunch
Afternoon tea and home-made cake selection

Lake View Meeting Room

Within our accessible Bungalow, this room has two large windows overlooking Windermere and the Lake District mountains beyond.

Main House Room

This large room in our traditional Victorian House, has informal seating and two large windows.

POD Village Community Room

Located in our secluded woodland, the space can be available exclusive use when booked in advance and has a nearby car park. You would also have access to our POD Village facilities block, including toilets, showers a small kitchen and outside BBQ & seating area.
